You may not use FormalChat for illegal purposes, to distribute malware, to send spam, or to violate the rights of others.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

FormalChat is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Free Plan
The free Starter plan is provided as-is and its features, limits, and availability may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the free plan after any such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. For guaranteed access and feature stability, consider upgrading to a paid plan.
