How do I set up the chat widget?

After signing up, go to Settings → Widget to get your embed code. Paste it into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag.

How do I configure the AI assistant?

Go to Settings → AI to set your business context, upload knowledge base documents, and customize how the AI responds to visitors.

How do I enable push notifications?

On the web dashboard, allow notifications when prompted. On the iOS app, notifications are requested on first login. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including conversations, operators, and settings.
